The house is situated 500m from the centre in a quiet neghbourhood, 200m from the sea. There are 4 apartments in the house equipped with SAT TV, air condition, wireless internet, and the parking place for every apartment is in front of the house.  The beach is pebble, sandy or cemented. The nearest shop is 80m away, and post-office, market, bank, restaurant, caffe-bars... are in the center.
